What is your returns policy?

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item and a brief description of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
